This Website & Content Usage Policy clearly establishes how OnliDesk ("we," "our," or "us") treats intellectual property, client-supplied materials, original design work, and third-party digital assets across all client projects and promotional previews.

Commitment to Intellectual Property: OnliDesk respects intellectual property rights and does not intentionally use third-party images, graphics, videos, logos, or other copyrighted materials without appropriate authorization, permission, or licensing.

2. Client-Provided Materials & Assets

When businesses collaborate with OnliDesk to build their custom website:

Client Ownership: All logos, trademarks, brand collateral, photographs, videos, and written business copy supplied by the client remain the exclusive property of the client.
Project-Specific License: By supplying assets, the client grants OnliDesk a limited license to incorporate and format those assets solely for the creation, previewing, and delivery of the client's website.
Previous Website Content: Images, text, or multimedia extracted from a client's existing website will only be reused when the client confirms they possess the necessary rights, licenses, or ownership to utilize those materials.
Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring that all materials provided to OnliDesk can legally be used in public commercial web publishing.

3. Classification of Website Components

To prevent ambiguity, every website produced by OnliDesk comprises three distinct asset categories:

A. Client-Owned Content

Includes client trademarks, business photography, staff headshots, product listings, proprietary service descriptions, and specific client branding.

B. Original OnliDesk Design & Code

Includes bespoke UI layouts, CSS animations, JavaScript interactive elements, responsive grid architectures, and HTML5 Canvas scripts designed and developed by OnliDesk. Upon project purchase, clients receive the rights to run and utilize this code for their active business website.

C. Third-Party & Open-Source Assets

May include open-source JavaScript utilities, standard web typography (such as Google Fonts), and properly licensed royalty-free photography or iconography. All third-party assets are utilized strictly in accordance with their respective public or commercial licenses.

4. Concept Websites & Portfolio Previews

Demonstrations presented on the OnliDesk website (such as industry concepts for plumbing, dental, restaurant, and roofing) are simulated demo projects designed to showcase technical capabilities and creative execution. They do not represent real client endorsements or registered company affiliations.

5. Reporting Copyright or Content Concerns

If you believe that any material hosted on an OnliDesk preview or website infringes upon your copyright or intellectual property rights, please notify us immediately with relevant details so we can investigate and address the matter expeditiously.
